First of all, I love the print. It's a great design. I ordered this on February 27 for my husband's birthday (March 8). I confirmed with Christina that it would arrive in time. I did not receive it until March 29. There was some conversation back and forth but only after it was extremely late. I was thankful that she provided an image for me to print myself so that I had something to frame and gift in time. But, as an Etsy shop owner (and mom) myself, I was disappointed in the overall customer service. I should have been informed of the initial delay (sick family...which I completely understand!) as well as the second delay (new printer) in a more timely manner. I should not have had to check up on the order so many times only to receive it a month later.

I love the prints, and the communication I did have with Christina was very pleasant. However, I ordered 2 copies of this print on January 25. At that time, I paid for one, and requested a second invoice, as I was only able to purchase one at a time as it was listed. On February 7, I received the 2nd invoice and Christina said both were ready to ship after I paid. I paid within 24 hours. On February 16, I sent a message asking if they had shipped, and learned that "they sent out this week." They were postmarked February 22nd. I received black states with white stitching. My original order stated "I would actually like to order 2 copies of this, both on the linen stock with black states and yellow stitching, please." nAgain, Christina was very nice and the prints are adorable, but the time between ordering and receiving was just shy of a month, and the details were incorrect.
